Isolation and environmental control has taken a huge step forward for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
The USP 797 Enclosure System allows you to adjust the insert channel of the frame for different sizes of solid inserts from 1/8" to 3/8". The USP 797 design creates a snug interior mounting of the insert that is flush with the frame, making the assembled wall easy to keep clean.
  • Can be fitted for wall panel inserts of ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum composite, acrylic, tempered glass or other materials.
  • Easy-to-clean features are ideal for USP 797 applications for pharmaceutical compounding and medical device manufacturing, assembly and packaging applications.
  • Suitable for ISO Class 4 (Class 10) applications to Class 8 (Class 100000).
  • All assembly hardware is accessed from the outside and sealed for a professional look.
  • Can be designed as a single-pass Clean Room, or as a re-circulating design with air-chase walls and ceiling plenum.
The USP 797 is a new modular panel system that allows inserts from 1/8” to 3/8” inches thick and gives you a smooth interior surface. Ideal for pharmaceutical and medical applications. Use a divider wall or as a complete modular room.
The USP 797 system uses individual modular frames which are easily assembled with internal corner keys. Frames are available pre-assembled or shipped unassembled.

Features
    Framework:
    Heavy Duty 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" anodized aluminum extrusion frame work. Our exclusive rafter ceiling system allows rooms to span 24' without need of internal legs.

    Wall Panels:
    Frame allows the end user to vary the thickness of the wall panels from 1/8" to 3/8". Use a wide variety of insert materials including ABS, Polycarbonate, aluminum composite, acrylic, or even tempered glass.

    Ceiling Grid:
    Consists of anodized aluminum extrusions that are formed to fit frame.

    Ceiling Panels:
    2' x 4' panels manufactured of 5/8" high density formed fiber core covered with a white vinyl membrane. Tiles are durable, easy to clean and offer both humidity resistance and high light reflection.

    Light Fixtures:
    There are several types of clean room grade light fixtures used in our softwalls. The type depends on cleanliness level, size and ceiling plan of room design.
    • Class 100 light fixtures
    • Class 1000-100000 light fixtures
    • Flow thru for class 10 rooms or smaller
    • Tear drop

    HEPA Fan Filter Modules:
    Filtration provided by Cleanflo-4 fan filter modules. These self contained units have an aluminum housing and features a variable speed control and have a true pleated prefilter. HEPA filter efficiency to be 99.99% at 0.3 microns and produce 720 to 800 c.f.m. or an average velocity of 90 f.p.m.

    Electrical:
    A prefabricated wiring system is supplied to speed up installation and reduce wiring costs. Assembly personnel just plug electrical components together so an electrician is only needed to connect power to a single point junction box. What makes this system completely user friendly is a leg mounted control box with separate on/off switches for HEPA filters and light fixtures.

    Assembly:
    Installation of Clean Room Depot’s softwall systems are quick and easy with our simple step by step assembly manual, all parts/components are clearly labeled so installation can be complete within hours.
